New state of the art building which opened September 2013. Rooms include double beds, flat screen TVs, mini-fridge & microwaves. Each suite has a private washroom. Each building has a cardio room, movie room and a large lounge.

Please note: The StFX University Board of Governors review the residence rates annually and therefore the rates are subject to change. The final residence rates will be posted on the website after the June Board of Governors meeting.
All students pay a $125 Laundry Fee for unlimited access to the facilities. Also, please note that students who live on-campus are required to have a meal plan. For information on meal plan rates, click here.
