StFX requires all students accepted to StFX send their final transcript when available.
The University reserves the right to revoke admissions to the university due to unmet conditions. If admission is revoked after registration, course enrolments will be cancelled.
Students accepted before May 15: please confirm by May 15th.
Students accepted after May 15: please confirm within 30 days of the date on the acceptance letter.
Students who are transferring to StFX from a college or university. Please note that applicants to Nursing have additional requirements, and deadlines that can be found here.

Important Information
As a non-degree student, a maximum registration of 6 credits will be allowed for spring intersession or summer school. Should you wish to increase this number of credits or become a degree-seeking student at StFX, you will be required to go through the Application to Change Programs process at the discretion of the Dean's office. Forms to request a course overload can be found on mesAMIS.

1. Application for the Bachelor of Education completed online and application fee payment made.
2. Complete the supplemental application. Be sure to include your StFX Student Number prior to submission. Please submit completed application in PDF form to admit@stfx.ca.
3. One official copy of your transcript from each post-secondary institution attended. Graduates of StFX do not need to provide a copy of their transcript from StFX. Transcripts in a language other than English should be provided in their original language, along with a certified translation into English. Your application will not be reviewed until all transcripts are received.
4. Evidence of English proficiency if your first language is not English. (Minimum required scores can be found here.)
