IT Services

IT Services is responsible for the university's technology infrastructure, from selecting and implementing new systems to ensuring their ongoing security, maintenance, and support. This includes computer, telephone, and audiovisual systems, as well as the networks that connect them.

IT Services leverages TeamDynamix, IT Service Management software, to accept and manage Service Request and Knowledge base Articles which is why our Services and Knowledgebase article pages have a bit of the different look and feel.

Student Positions for the summer and 2026-2027 Academic year.

Do you want to become a part of a dynamic team and work in a fast-paced, professional environment while building on your professional, technology, customer service, and audio-visual skill set?  We are seeking detail-orientated applicants with strong communication skills for our helpdesk and av assistant positions.  IT Services employs a staff of 12-15 through the academic year and offers three full time summer positions.
