The best decision I ever made was deciding to complete my undergraduate degree at StFX. The first semester of school I had all the nervous jitters that every first year does. From trying to make new friends, to adjusting to new classes, while also trying to learn a balance between work and play. Looking back, I can honestly say what made a huge difference for me was being welcomed into the Human Kinetics department, where professors genuinely cared how their students were doing (both in & out of the classroom) and did everything in their power to ensure we all had the tools to succeed
