Nomination Information

Each year, StFX proudly recognizes the exceptional contributions, accomplishments, and impact of alumni and community members through the Alumni Awards of Excellence. If you know someone who exemplifies the spirit and values of StFX, we encourage you to submit a nomination. Please review the nomination procedures below to ensure your submission is complete.

2. BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY

   (150-250 words) Highlighting your nominee's background, achievements, and connection to StFX. This summary should offer a well-rounded overview of the nominee's career, volunteerism, leadership, and personal accomplishments.

3. LETTERS OF SUPPORT

   A minimum of two (2) and maximum of four (4) letters of support. Note: Additional materials such as news articles, CVs, or lists of publications are not accepted as part of the nomination package.

Important Information for Nominators

• You do not need to be a StFX alumnus to submit a nomination.
• Current StFX students are eligible to nominate individuals in any award category.
• Nominations will remain active for consideration in the year submitted and for the following two years if the nominee is not selected.

Submission Deadline

Deadline to submit nominations: May 19, 2025

All nominations will be reviewed by members of the Alumni Recognition Committee. Incomplete nominations — those missing required documents — will not be accepted.
