The IEEE Style
The Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers publishes a long list of journals with significant and unique common style requirements. The IEEE styles value brevity and clarity above all, though they can be intimidating for inexperienced users. The IEEE organization provides templates for all of its publications; it is the responsibility of the student to determine which items can not be applied to a student paper.
