X Starts Here

As a new Xaverian, each of our students is joining a campus community based on honesty, scholarship, and mutual respect. Simply put, there are expectations that we want our new students to understand. We also are aware that you have questions for us, about everything from what a first-year class looks like to how one accesses campus technology. X Starts Here addresses both of these needs. Through a series of brief, introductory modules, it informs the newest members of our community about student finances, technology, study habits, classroom expectations, and – through the four mandatory Xaverian Community Foundations modules – consent education, academic integrity, healthy socializing, and anti-racism.

You don’t need to register for X Starts Here; you will find it on your own Moodle homepage (visit moodle.stfx.ca and log in with your StFX email and password) prior to your arrival. We hope that you will review the content before you arrive on campus.
