May 15th

1st year students who have applied and confirmed their spot for September are guaranteed a residence room offer.

June 1st

1st year students have until June 1st to accept their residence offer. We encourage students to accept their offer early. If a student cancels their accepted room offer, the housing deposit is nonrefundable after June 1st.

July/August

Residence room assignments will be emailed to students by late July/early August.

Find out your floor and room assignment and begin connecting with roommates and housemates in your residence.

August 10th

Students who cancel their accepted residence assignment after August 10th are responsible for 15% of the residence room fee for the academic year.

September

Move in day for new students is Sept 1st & 2nd. Move in day for returning students is Sept 4th. 
September 30th All students have until October 6th  to downgrade their meal plan.
November 1st If the Resident withdraws in the first term up to and including November 1st, they will receive a 85% credit of the remaining room and meal plan.
February 1st If the Resident withdraws in the second term up to and including February 1st, they will receive a 85% credit of the remaining room and meal plan.
