Defective Merchandise (Except Textbooks)

All merchandise, with the exception of school bags or backpacks, is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Defective merchandise will gladly be replaced or refunded if the original sales receipt is presented. Returns of school bags or backpacks are subject to the manufacturers’ specific warranties accompanying each item.

Non-defective Merchandise (Except Textbooks)

Merchandise which is not defective will gladly be returned for exchange or refund wherever possible, up to 30 days from purchase date, provided that:

• Item is still in fully re-saleable, new condition.
• Original sales receipt is presented. (exchange only without receipt).
• Returns past 30 days but less than 60 days, can be exchanged or dollar value will be loaded on a gift card. 

If exchange is not acceptable, a refund may be made at the discretion of STFX Store management.
