The educational experience in the Gerald Schwartz School of Business extends well beyond the classroom. Students receive an immersive educational experience characterized by Xaverian values of inclusivity, leadership, and service. Business students can demonstrate and hone leadership skills through participation in a variety of student led societies and enrich the surrounding community of Antigonish in a variety of service roles.

StFX is located in Mi’kma’ki, the unceded ancestral territory of the Mi'kmaw people. The Mi'kmaw name for Antigonish is Nalikitquniejk, meaning ‘place where branches are torn off.’
