X-Ring Ceremony

A couple days before the ceremony, you will receive your ceremony number, location and time to line up.  The location will be either the KMC 2nd Floor or the KMC AUX Rink in the Charles V. Keating Centre.

Our ceremonial team will be located on the 2nd floor of the Keating Centre to distribute gowns. All students MUST come during one of these pick up times. Your gowns cannot be picked up by anyone else.  

Gowns can be picked up in the Hospitality Suites on the second floor of the Keating Centre:

Sunday, December 1, 9-6 

Monday, December 2, 9-5

Tuesday, December 3, 9-6

Wednesday, December 4, 9-4

Thursday, December 5, 9-4

After December 5th returns will be at the store. 
Late fees will apply starting December 7th

Viewing spaces will be located throughout campus for family and friends to watch the ceremony. There are no tickets required for these viewing rooms and they are available for parents, family and friends. These spaces will be open on a first come, first serve basis.

Yes, the entire ceremony will be live streamed. A link will be provided closer to the date.

You must notify our Ceremonial team that you are intending to resubmit your current X-Ring. Please email @email to indicate you wish to resubmit your X-Ring and participate in the ceremony.  Only students receiving a second degree are permitted to resubmit their X-Ring.  Your X-Ring must be dropped off to Taylor MacIntyre at the X-Ring Store by Monday, November 19th at 4pm. 

If you know you are not attending the X-Ring Ceremony, you must email @email to indicate you are not attending the ceremony on December 3rd. Please make shipping or pick up arrangements directly with the vendor from whom you purchased your X-Ring.
