Economics Society

The St. Francis Xavier Economics Society is a student organization working to enhance the student experience for students studying Economics and complementary subjects at StFX.

Our goals are to build a strong community passionate about economics through peer advising, interaction with the department faculty, academic events including tutorials and guest lecturers, and to connect students with research, education, and employment opportunities. 

The Economics Society is a great way for students to share opinions, ask questions, meet their professors, and gain academic advice. In attempting to further enhance a program with an already impressive rate of success from our many graduates, we encourage those who are studying or who simply have an interest in economics to come out and get involved!
