X-Ring Information

X-Ring Eligibility

If you have an inquiry regarding X-Ring Eligibility, requesting your Eligibility Form, purchasing, resubmitting, or replacing an X-Ring, please email at @email. The official X-Ring Eligibility list is usually completed the 3rd week of September each year. At that time, the X-Ring Eligibility team will email all eligible students with details of the next steps of the X-Ring Eligibility process (picking up eligibility certificates, where X-Ring can be purchased, when to order X-Rings by, resubmissions of X-Rings, X-Ring Ceremony, etc.).

Please continue to monitor your StFX email account from the 3rd week of September through to the week leading up to December 3rd (X-Ring Ceremony) for details. In addition to emails, updated information will also be posted in the coming months on this page. 

Any nominations for an honorary X-Ring may be submitted to the Chair of the X-Ring Committee at su_pres@stfx.ca by October 8th. To view the nomination criteria, please consult Section 5 of the X Ring Policy

The University is proud to sell the X-Ring at The X-Ring Store. Additionally, the X-Ring may be purchased locally at Cameron’s Jewellery, Ltd, an authorized supplier. Eligibility forms must be presented prior to making your purchase. Special arrangements for forwarding Eligibility Forms or confirming eligibility can be arranged through the contact above.
